Your Data

In order to use accounts, secure logins, and encrypt your transactions and wallets, DigiLeaf collects data from the user.

• DigiLeaf will NEVER sell or use your data for advertising purposes
• DigiLeaf will NEVER send your information to third parties unless absolutely necessary for payment, or secure storage

Here is what we collect and store:

• Username and Password: for your DigiLeaf account
• Credit Card Information: For secure payments through Stripe
• Bank Account Information: For secure payouts through stripe
• Location: We take a one time snapshot of your location in order to locate your charger upon setup. We also consider your current location when you are looking at the DigiLeaf map. Your location is NOT stored after you close the app
• Notification Preferences: We take information about your preferred notifications
• App Crash Logs, Errors, and Various Analytics: If the App encounters an error, information about the request is logged for future debugging. If the App crashes, information about the status of the App before the crash is logged for future debugging

To delete your DigiLeaf account, and most user data, navigate to settings -> delete account in the app.

To completely remove your DigiLeaf account and ALL user data, follow the above steps, and send an email to contact@digileaf.io with the title "Delete My Data". Make sure to include your email associated with the DigiLeaf account you would like to delete.
